1. What we collect

We collect information you provide when searching, reserving, contacting us or signing a rental agreement. This can include your name, phone number, email, nationality, booking dates, locations, selected vehicle category, extras, payment method and customer remarks. At handover and return we may record identification and driving-licence details, additional drivers, vehicle condition, mileage, fuel level, keys and accessories, rental history, payments, deposits, accidents and service communications.

The public website does not ask you to upload passport or driving-licence files. Staff checks original documents at handover.

2. Why we use it

We use personal information to provide quotes, process and manage reservations, take payment and deposits, confirm driver eligibility, hand over and recover vehicles, communicate operational information, respond to incidents, prevent fraud, maintain accounting and rental records, meet insurance or legal requirements, and improve the service.

Newsletter and promotional messages are sent only where you have actively opted in. We record the email address, consent time, form source, language and privacy-policy version as evidence of that choice. Every promotional email will provide an unsubscribe method, and withdrawal does not affect necessary booking or operational messages.

3. Legal basis

Depending on the activity, we process information because it is needed to enter into or perform a rental contract, comply with a legal obligation, protect legitimate business and safety interests, establish or defend legal claims, protect vital interests in an emergency, or because you have given consent.

4. Who may receive information

We may share only what is necessary with payment providers, insurers, roadside or repair providers, delivery staff, website and data service providers, professional advisers and competent authorities. We do not sell personal information. Providers acting for us must use information only for the agreed service and protect it appropriately.

5. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for the rental, accounting, insurance, dispute, safety and legal purposes for which it was collected. This includes customer profiles, rental history, vehicle inspection records, operational email records and evidence of newsletter consent or withdrawal. Retention periods may differ by record type. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, access controls and staff procedures, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your rights

Subject to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 and applicable exceptions, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or receive certain personal information, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Cookies and external services

The current public website does not use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Essential local storage or cookies may be used later for security, sign-in, language or booking-session functions. The interactive map is not loaded until you choose to load it; doing so connects your browser to Google Maps and is subject to Google’s own privacy terms. Payment services introduced during the back-end phase will have their own secure processing and privacy notices.

8. Updates and questions
